💜 Can I rent individual items?

Our service allows renting on a subscription basis only and to rent any piece you must get a membership plan.

 

Worry not as this membership doesn't require long term commitment and can be cancelled anytime.

🧡 What is the maintenance process?

You don't need to wash or iron any of the items you receive from us as we take careful measures to maintain the quality of the product.

 

All our clothing items are washed/ dry cleaned, dried and steam ironed very carefully after every time it's rented to make sure that all of the items are ready to be rented fresh again.

💜 For how long can I keep the product?

You can keep any rented item from us for a maximum of 3 days and any item can be booked in advance for a particular date as well. So you don't have to worry if a particular item will be available when you need it for important occasions. 

🧡 What if I need an item for longer time like for a vacation?

We understand that RenModa is not accessible everywhere yet. So, special cases like renting garments for travels and trips can be discussed with us personally for a special price or condition.

Any item can be exchanged or returned if it is damaged from our end. Any damage on the users side will be penalised or recovered accordingly.
